A synthetic peptide from mouse vomeronasal type-1 receptor B7 or A11 (VN1B7, V1rb7, V1ra11) conjugated to blue carrier protein was used as the antigen.
Vomeronasal type-1 receptor A11, V1rb7, V1ra11
FUNCTION: Putative pheromone receptor implicated in the regulation of social and reproductive behavior.
SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Cell membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein.
MISCELLANEOUS: Mice lacking all but one V1RA and V1RB gene (12% of the V1R repertoire) show a lack of chemosensory response to a subset of known pheromonal ligands and changes in maternal aggression as well as male reproductive behavior.
Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
12 months after reconstitution
This item will be shipped to you at ambient temperature in a lyophilised form.
