Immunogen
A synthetic peptide from the n-terminal of human USE1 conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the antigen. The peptide shares 90% identity with rat and mouse sequences.

Accession

Also known
Vesicle transport protein USE1, USE1-like protein, Putative MAPK-activating protein PM26, Protein p31, USE1, USE1L

Target
FUNCTION: SNARE that may be involved in targeting and fusion of Golgi-derived retrograde transport vesicles with the ER.
SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Endoplasmic reticulum membrane; Single-pass type IV membrane protein

Storage
Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.

Expiry Date
12 months after reconstitution

Shipping
