A synthetic peptide from the c-terminal region of human BDKRB1 conjugated to blue carrier protein was used as the antigen.
BKRB1, B1 bradykinin receptor, BK-1 receptor, B1R, BDKRB1, BRADYB1
FUNCTION: This is a receptor for bradykinin. Could be a factor in chronic pain and inflammation.
SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Cell membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein
TISSUE SPECIFICITY: Expressed in bladder, lung, duodenum, kidney, uterus, thymus, salivary gland, testis, prostate, macrophages, aorta, spleen and heart.
Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
12 months after reconstitution
This item will be shipped to you at ambient temperature in a lyophilised form.
