A synthetic peptide from the extracellular domain of human TLR7 conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the antigen.
Toll-like receptor 7
FUNCTION: Participates in the innate immune response to microbial agents. Acts via MYD88 and TRAF6, leading to NF-kappa-B activation, cytokine secretion and the inflammatory response.
SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Membrane; Single-pass type II membrane protein.
TISSUE SPECIFICITY: Detected in brain, placenta, spleen, stomach, small intestine, lung and in plasmacytoid pre-dendritic cells.
Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
12 months after reconstitution
This item will be shipped to you at ambient temperature in a lyophilised form.
