A synthetic peptide from n-terminal region of human Dectin 2 conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the antigen.
Dendritic cell-associated lectin 2, DC-associated C-type lectin 2, CLEC6A, Dectin 2, C-type lectin superfamily member 10, CLECSF10, DECTIN2
FUNCTION: May be involved in regulating immune reactivity .
SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Membrane; Single-pass type II membrane protein.
TISSUE SPECIFICITY: Expressed in dendritic cells.
Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
12 months after reconstitution
This item will be shipped to you at ambient temperature in a lyophilised form.
