WB on rat spinal cord lysate using Rabbit antibody to Transforming protein RhoA (Arha, Arha2): whole serum (OSR00266W) at 1 : 2000 dilution. One single band is detected. Pre-absorption of the antibody with the immunising peptide completely abolishes the detected band.
