Target
Function: Has an E3 ubiquitin ligase activity. Ubiquitinates DTNBP1 (dysbindin). Ubiquitinates PIAS4/PIASY and promotes its degradation in keratinocytes treated with UVB and TNF-alpha.
Subcellular location: Cytoplasm. Note: Localized in cytoplasmic bodies, usually concentrated around the nucleus.
Tissue specificity: Ubiquitous. High expression in brain.

Storage
