Target
FUNCTION: Required for normal morphology of late endosomes and/or lysosomes in neurons (By similarity). Binds phosphatidylinositol 3,5-bisphosphate (PtdIns(3,5)P2).
SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Golgi apparatus › trans-Golgi network membrane; Peripheral membrane protein. Cytoplasmic vesicle › clathrin-coated vesicle. Early endosome membrane; Peripheral membrane protein.
Tissue specificity: Expressed mainly in the brain.

Storage
Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.

HIER: 1 mM EDTA, pH 8 for 20 min using Thermo PT Module.
Blocking: 0.2% LFDM in TBST filtered thru 0.2 µm.
